LYNN WALTZ is a freelance journalist, editor, and women’s health writer whose work appears regularly in medical journals, consumer magazines, and newspapers. She has more than 20 years experience, including 12 years as a senior writer at the Virginian-Pilot newspaper in Norfolk, Virginia.

Nominated twice for a Pulitzer, her stories have freed a wrongly imprisoned man, and her investigative work has exposed abuses by a Virginia legislator and worker abuse by the world’s largest pork producer. Lynn’s feature about a death row chaplain was judged among the top three newspaper stories in the country.
