Her latest marketing campaign uses narrative to describe the process of each redesign with before–and–after graphics. She poses the client's problem, describes the creative process used by Brass Tacks designers, and then paints a picture of the solution. The result is a dramatic rendering of what Brass Tacks can accomplish for any size paper with any budget.
Lynn is particularly talented at helping business owners communicate what they've accomplished for clients, getting to the heart of what made it work and what makes their approach special. She also ghostwrites articles for key executives for magazines and the Internet.
In addition, she has written marketing copy for several Web sites, including Infinet.
